Creative Space + Management (CS+M) was founded by Jan Rothfeld, Principal, to minimize unnecessary downtime and resulting lost man-hours when corporate moves of any size take place. The company has achieved phenomenal success in helping to alleviate the frustration felt by employees who are involved in office relocation.

With over a decade of experience in project management, Ms. Rothfeld has lead teams to accomplish smooth transitions for corporate entities. She takes a "roll up your sleeves" approach to managing all components of projects, working with architects, designers, contractors and vendors, as well as employees to create synergy.

As the Regional Director of Administrative Services of KPMG Peat Marwick LLP in Boston, Massachusetts, Ms. Rothfeld managed large office moves and was instrumental in designing and implementing a hoteling concept for the organization.
